In order to meet the product requirements of some customers, our company now has long-term strategic partners, specializing in metal stamping, sheet metal processing, metal mold making, precision machining, etc. The main types of processed products are: military communications, medical equipment, security intelligence, new energy, robots, industrial electrical, smart terminals and other equipment hardware parts.
It has 2 laser cutting machines, 2 precision CNC bending machines, 4 CNC machining centers, 3 wire cutting machines, 1 CNC drilling machine, 1 CNC lathe, 5 hydraulic punching machines, 15 punching machines, and multi-head There are 2 tapping machines, 4 precision grinders, and several instrument lathes, vertical milling, horizontal milling, pressure riveting, welding, polishing, and screen printing equipment. From proofing to mass production, the company completes all the supporting facilities by our factory, achieving the final effect of rapid response and excellent quality! The comprehensive strength of talents and equipment is very obvious.
Processing features: (note: temporarily not accepting sheet metal for cabinets over 2 meters)
 
1. Proofing and small batch trial production, we use sheet metal CNC processing to complete. The general sample delivery and small batch production cycle is seven days, and the urgent processing can be completed within 2-3 days.
 
2. For the production of medium batch products, we use CNC machining and mold supporting production to complete. The general production cycle is ten days, and the expedited treatment takes 3-5 days to complete. The product price is lower than the price of CNC machining.
 
3. Mass production, we use die stamping production form to complete. The mold opening cycle is ten days, and the production cycle is about seven days. The low product prices return to a state of strong competition in the free market.
 
4. We have a complete set of CNC processing and mold making equipment, and complete sheet metal and machining capabilities. It can effectively solve the troubles of small quantity and many kinds of parts, and having to coordinate purchases from multiple parties!
