SMT Patch Needs To Provide Information：
1. Complete SMT files (Gerber files, bit number maps, coordinate files, steel mesh files) and special requirements for SMT processing;
2. Complete BOM files(including model, bit number, package, description, usage, etc.);
PS: The functional test fee is required, and the functional test method is required.
Processing Capacity
There are 10 SMT patch production lines, equipped with Japanese YAMAHA automatic patch line, automatic solder paste printing machine, eight temperature zone and ten temperature zone reflow oven, AOI, first piece machine and other high-end equipment, and the chip production capacity is 6 million welding. Point/day, the maximum production capacity of the wave soldering processing day is 500,000 points. With mounting 01005 and 0.40MM pitch BGA placement capability and computer motherboard wave soldering capabilities.

When you place a PCB order, the customers need to provide Gerber or pcb file. If you do not have the file in the correct format, you can send all the details related to the products.

There is no MOQ in MICRO POWER.We are able to handle Small as well as large volume production with flexibility.
Q10.Shipping cost?
The shipping cost is determined by the destination, weight, packing size of the goods. Please let us know if you need us to quote you the shipping cost.
Q11.The price of PCB and the price of the whole order
Due to limitations, the system can only provide you with the approximate price of PCB board, but your project also includes other costs: mold fee, test fee, engineering fee, etc. So please contact us before placing the order, and we will provide you with an accurate quotation according to your PCB parameters and quantity!
